Chocolate berry protein balls

3/4 cup oats
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate brownie whey protein
Freeze dried berry powder for decorating

Add the cashews into a food processor and pulse these for a few seconds to crush them into smaller pieces.
Add in the remaining ingredients (apart from the berry powder) and blend until everything is well combined.
Roll the mixture into balls, then roll these into the berry powder.
Pop the protein balls into the freezer for an hour to set.
