- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup whey protein concentrate chocolate
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup water, mixed to form a spread
- Mix protein powder and pumpkin puree. (use your hands so a thick dough forms)
- Spread dough evenly in a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine peanut flour and water. Spread peanut flour mixture on top of protein dough.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
