  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup whey protein concentrate chocolate
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup water, mixed to form a spread


  • Mix protein powder and pumpkin puree. (use your hands so a thick dough forms)
  • Spread dough evenly in a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
  • In a separate bowl, combine peanut flour and water. Spread peanut flour mixture on top of protein dough.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
