Ingredients
- 150g SR Flour
- 1 scoop Choc Brownie Protein Dynamix Whey Isolate
- 1 Large Egg
- 15g Cocoa Powder
- 2 Servings of Sweetener
- 1 Orange (rind for batter & segments for decor)
- Halloween Decorations
- 15g Hot Choc Powder
Method
- Whisk the egg in a large jug.
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, whey, sweetener & orange rind.
- Heat a large frying pan on to a medium-high heat.
- Pour some of the batter onto the frying pan to create a pancake of the desired size.
- Flip the pancake once the edges start to cook & cook for a further 45 seconds.
- Repeat until the batter is all gone.
