Start your Sunday off right by making this delicious Frozen Yoghurt Bowl created by our very own ambassador Becky Bridgewater.
- 1 banana
- 150g frozen pineapple
- 200g frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate vanilla flavour
- 250g yogurt
- Toppings of your choice (I used curiously cinnamon cera bites)
Blend the fruit, yogurt & whey protein together. Transfer to a bowl & top with toppings of your choice.
