Fruity Protein Dynamix Smoothie Bowl

Start your Sunday off right by making this delicious Frozen Yoghurt Bowl created by our very own ambassador Becky Bridgewater.



  • 1 banana
  • 150g frozen pineapple
  • 200g frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate vanilla flavour
  • 250g yogurt
  • Toppings of your choice (I used curiously cinnamon cera bites)



Blend the fruit, yogurt & whey protein together. Transfer to a bowl & top with toppings of your choice.
