Strawberry Protein Dynamix Ground Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Strawberry Protein Dynamix Milkshake
  • 80g Ground Rice 
  • 250ml Milk (I use almond milk)
  • Toppings of your choice! 

 

Method

  1. Heat the ground rice, protein milkshake & milk on the hob on a high heat, stirring frequently, until it starts to boil. Immediately turn down to a low heat, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens up. 
  2. Serve the ground rice in a bowl & top with your favourite toppings.
