- 1 Strawberry Protein Dynamix Milkshake
- 80g Ground Rice
- 250ml Milk (I use almond milk)
- Toppings of your choice!
- Heat the ground rice, protein milkshake & milk on the hob on a high heat, stirring frequently, until it starts to boil. Immediately turn down to a low heat, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens up.
- Serve the ground rice in a bowl & top with your favourite toppings.
