As with most things in life, too much off anything isn’t great for you - and in extreme cases yes, you can take too much of these supplements. So long as you follow the guidelines and take the right dosage, which can be found on the product’s packaging, then you should be fine.
We’d always recommend checking with your doctor before you proceed to take any supplements, especially if you are prescribed medication, to ensure they are suitable for you.
